Canine Scorebook
Canine Scorebook is a shared result book for canine sports: a permanent, searchable place where competitors can follow a dog's sporting history across independent result systems.
One ledger, separate sports
Each sport and organization remains its own source of truth. Canine Scorebook gathers the results for viewing and analysis without erasing those distinctions.
EWPL is preserved as its own historical result source. IWPS — International Weight Pull Society — is a different sport source with a separate result table and identity. Their results are never merged.
For competitors
Anyone may browse public competition results. Registered users can request a connection to dogs they own, keep other dogs as favourites, manage permitted dog information and choose whether their owner name may be shown.
Dog connections are reviewed by the administrator before private information or editing access is granted.
Data that lasts
Competition results remain part of the historical ledger. If a user deletes an account, the account and its personal settings are removed; owners, dogs and competition results remain in the archive.
Microchip numbers are private and visible only to an approved owner or the administrator. Owner names are hidden by default and shown only after explicit consent.
